	Non si può iniziare la giornata senza una colazione sulla terrazza del bar, il punto centrale dello stabilimento e di naturale ritrovo dove fra un caffè, un croissant ed una bomba alla crema pasticcera, mirando il mare e leggendo il quotidiano preferito, personaggi importanti del mondo finanziario ed artistico vengono a godersi il primo dolce momento di relax. Il ristorante: "La Cuisine de la Mer" apre alle 21.00; è indispensabile la prenotazione che viene accettata solo in base al pesce fresco del mare nostrum trovato al mercato quotidianamente. Il menù è vario e comprende diversi piatti cucinati con molluschi, crostacei, pesci appena pescati, pasta fatta in casa, insalate variopinte, gustose mozzarella di bufala D.O.C. e per finire trionfi di frutta e dolcezze della pasticceria napoletana. Ricette antiche ed invenzioni moderne che arricchiscono il menù di classe. In the evening the terrace of La Vela turns into a magic spot where experts of taste can get access to the most fabulous starters and enjoy the unique spells of light during the golden sunset over the sea. Music accompanies the opening of the restaurant "La Cuisine de la Mer" at 21.00. Booking of table is requested since the amount of fresh fish available is variable. The complex menu includes different dishes of mussels, crabs, freshly caught fish, home-made pasta, colourful salads, tasteful "mozzarella di bufala" D.O.C. and to round up with delicious plates of fruit and Neapolitan home-baked pastry. The recepies are an invention of old and new taste-creations as to enrich a menu of high-class.
	La Vela è tutto questo e se non esistesse non si potrebbe inventare perché è il risultato di molteplici "intelligenze" che hanno creato un Unicum irripetibile. Per capire ed assaporare il tutto è indispensabile esserci.
